The Single-Filter Industrial Respirator is a reusable half-mask particulate and gas protection device featuring a single-port standard thread connection, an elastomer facepiece seal, and an integrated exhalation valve system. Designed for heavy industrial manufacturing environments, this respirator secures a centralized filter interface to maintain a balanced center of gravity while protecting operators against hazardous dust, mists, and industrial gases.
Key Features
Standardized Single-Port Interface: Accommodates interchangeable threaded filters and cartridges for multi-hazard operational flexibility.
Ergonomic Elastomer Face Seal: Contours uniformly to diverse facial geometries to maintain a secure seal during prolonged wear.
Low-Resistance Exhalation Valve: One-way valve diaphragm evacuates hot, humid exhaled air rapidly to reduce internal heat buildup.
4-Point Adjustable Cradle Harness: Distributes headband tension evenly across the crown and neck without slippage under movement.
Downward Air Exhaust Design: Directs exhaled airflow downward to prevent fogging on matching safety glasses and face shields.
Design & Components
Facepiece Body: Injection-molded Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) or Liquid Silicone Rubber, chemical-resistant and skin-friendly.
Inhalation Port & Gasket: Impact-resistant ABS housing embedded with a compression-fit internal rubber sealing ring to prevent air bypass.
Exhalation Valve Assembly: Removable protective cover housing a flexible, tear-resistant silicone valve flap.
Head Harness: Woven elastic polyester straps connected to a rigid high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rear support plate with slide-adjust buckles.

Use & Maintenance
Pre-Use Check: Inspect facepiece body, inhalation/exhalation diaphragms, and head straps for cracks, tears, oil residue, or loss of elasticity before every use.
Seal Check: Perform a negative pressure user seal check by placing palms over the filter inlets, inhaling gently, and holding breath for 10 seconds to verify airtight fit.
Cleaning Procedure: Detach all filter cartridges. Wash facepiece body in warm water (below 40°C) using neutral detergent. Avoid organic solvents or abrasive pads.
Drying & Storage: Rinse with clean water, air-dry in a clean environment away from direct sunlight and heat sources, and store in a sealed bag.
Component Maintenance: Replace exhalation valve flaps annually or immediately if deformed. Discard particulate filters once breathing resistance increases.
