The Fine-Particulate Filtering Respirator features a medical-grade thermoplastic elastomer body with a dual-cartridge bayonet system engineered to capture airborne silica, mineral dust, weld fumes, and solid particulates down to 0.3 microns at filtration efficiencies exceeding 94% to 99.97%.
Key Features
Sub-Micron Multi-Layer Filtration: Electrostatic meltblown media captures hazardous airborne fine dust and non-oil particulate aerosols down to 0.3 microns.
Medical-Grade Elastomeric Facepiece: Hypoallergenic liquid silicone blend adapts comfortably to diverse face shapes without skin irritation or pressure marks.
Low-Resistance Exhalation Valve: Silicon exhaust diaphragm directs warm air downward to eliminate moisture buildup and prevent lens fogging.
Twin-Bayonet Lock System: Symmetrical dual-cartridge arrangement distributes weight evenly across the face and simplifies cartridge replacement.
Four-Point Head Harness: High-elasticity woven polyester straps maintain steady sealing pressure without pinching skin or pulling hair.
Design & Components
Facepiece Shell
Molded from medical-grade thermoplastic elastomer with an ergonomic nose bridge and deep chin profile. Integrates with safety spectacles and face shields.
Filter Connection Interface
Dual mechanical bayonet latching points with silicone sealing rings to prevent air bypass around cartridge contacts.
Valve Assembly
One-way downward silicone diaphragm enclosed in a protective housing to shield against external dust intrusion.
Adjustable Harness & Neck Strap
Four-point adjustable suspension harness made of woven elastic material with a flexible crown plate for weight distribution.

Applications & Limitations
Recommended Applications
- Construction & Masonry: Concrete cutting, drywall sanding, silica dust exposure, tile grinding, stone polishing.
- Woodworking & Processing: Hardwood sanding, MDF board cutting, timber processing, fine sawdust containment.
- Metalworking & Manufacturing: Foundry grinding, steel polishing, welding fume containment, powder coating, fiberglass processing.
- Chemical & Pharmaceutical: Fine powder batching, pigment handling, dry raw material filling.
Usage Limitations
- Do not use in oxygen-deficient environments (oxygen concentration under 19.5%).
- Do not use in Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health atmospheres.
- Do not use for organic vapors or acid gases without combination gas cartridges installed.
- Do not use when facial hair disrupts the facial sealing lip contact line.
Compatible Filters & Accessories
P2 / P3 Disc Filters: Snap-on multi-layer meltblown filter pads for high-dust coarse and fine particulate environments.
P100 Encapsulated Cartridges: Hard-shell cartridges with pleated fiberglass media for humid or oily particulate environments.
Combination Gas & Particulate Cartridges: Dual-purpose filter housing containing activated carbon layers beneath particulate pre-filters.
Replacement Silicon Valves: Medical-grade silicon exhaust and inhalation replacement discs for routine maintenance.
Impact Visor Adapter Clips: Direct connectors linking the half-mask frame with protective face shields.
Use & Maintenance
Inspection: Inspect the mask shell, head straps, silicone valves, and bayonet sealing surfaces before each shift. Replace worn or warped valve discs immediately.
Cleaning & Sanitization: Remove filter cartridges prior to washing. Clean the mask body and harness in warm water (under 40°C) with neutral cleaning detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air-dry away from direct heat sources and sunlight.
Storage: Keep sealed inside the protective storage pouch in a clean, dry area at temperatures between -10°C and +30°C with relative humidity under 80%.
