Reusable Silicone Respirator

When equipped with standard gas cartridges or particulate filter discs, it provides reliable protection against organic vapors, acid gases, and toxic airborne particulates.

Liquid Silicone Face Seal: Adapts to varied facial contours to form an airtight seal without causing skin irritation or pressure marks during extended shifts.

Dual Bayonet Cartridge Locking: Allows quick-turn installation of twin filter cartridges while balancing weight distribution across the facepiece.

Downward Exhalation Valve: Directs warm, moist exhaled air downward to prevent safety glasses and face shields from fogging.

Four-Point Adjustable Harness: Distributes tension evenly over the head crown using high-elasticity braided straps and quick-release buckles.

Thermal and Chemical Resilience: Resists deformation, stiffening, and chemical degradation within operating environments from -10°C to +50°C.

Usage Limitations

• Do not use in atmospheres where oxygen concentration is below 19.5%.
• Do not use in confined spaces or environments immediately dangerous to life or health.
• Do not use for protection against gases or vapors without adequate warning properties such as odor or taste.
• Facial hair, including beards and long stubble, breaks the silicone facial seal and compromises respiratory protection.

User Seal Checking

• Negative Pressure Test: Cover both filter cartridge inlets with palms, inhale gently, and hold breath for 10 seconds. The facepiece should collapse slightly inward toward the face with no air leaking around the perimeter.
• Positive Pressure Test: Cover the exhalation valve housing cover with palm and exhale gently. The facepiece should bulge slightly outward without air escaping at the seal edge.

Cleaning and Sanitizing

• Remove filter cartridges, harness straps, and valve diaphragms from the silicone body.
• Wash the silicone facepiece in warm water below 50°C using neutral detergent and a soft brush.
• Rinse all components thoroughly under clean running water to remove soap residue.
• Air dry in a clean, shaded area away from direct heat and direct sunlight.

Inspection and Replacement

• Inspect silicone diaphragms before each shift for tears, warping, or residue accumulation. Replace damaged parts immediately.
• Replace filter cartridges when chemical odor or taste is detected inside the mask, or when breathing resistance increases due to dust accumulation.

Production operates under certified quality management systems and European standards. Every manufacturing batch undergoes automated inward leakage testing, breathing resistance measurement, and material elasticity checks prior to packaging.
