Description
Technical Parameters

The Cartridge-Type Air-Purifying Respirator combines an elastomeric half-mask facepiece with dual replaceable chemical cartridges to shield workers from organic vapors, acid gases, and particulate hazards. Molded from liquid silicone, the facepiece forms a continuous seal across various facial geometries. Inhalation air routes through activated carbon media and high-density meltblown pre-filters, while a central exhalation valve exhausts heat and moisture downward.

Key Features

Dual-Bayonet Mount: Features a quarter-turn filter locking mechanism with tactile snap-in alignment to ensure an airtight seal.
Hypoallergenic Sealing Edge: Liquid silicone construction contours comfortably to the face for long shifts without skin irritation.
Downward Exhalation Valve: Reduces moisture buildup inside the mask and prevents safety eyewear from fogging.
Four-Point Head Harness: Distributes strap tension evenly across the head to reduce pressure on the face.
Multi-Gas & Dust Protection: Compatible with standard chemical cartridges and P3 grade particulate pre-filters.

Design & Components

Facepiece Body: Molded silicone structure featuring a deep chin support area and wide sealing flange.
Filter Attachment Ports: Twin bayonet-style connector ports fabricated from impact-resistant ABS polymer.
Exhalation Valve Assembly: Silicone disc valve housed within a downward-facing outer protective shield.
Inhalation Valves: Dual thin-membrane silicone valves positioned inside each port to prevent moisture backflow into cartridges.
Head Harness Assembly: Adjustable woven elastic straps equipped with a molded crown cradle plate and quick-adjust buckles.

Use & Maintenance

Inspection: Check facepiece for tears, cracks, or dirt; verify inhalation and exhalation valve seats are clean and flat.

Negative Pressure Fit Check: Cover cartridge inlets with hands, inhale gently until facepiece collapses slightly, and hold breath for 10 seconds. Mask should remain collapsed.

Positive Pressure Fit Check: Cover exhalation valve cover and exhale gently. Pressure should build inside the mask without leaks at the seal edge.

Cleaning: Remove cartridges and harness. Wash facepiece in warm water with mild soap below 40°C.

Storage: Store cleaned mask in a sealed bag away from direct sunlight, high temperatures, and chemical fumes.

FAQ

Q: What filter connection mechanism does this mask use?

A: The mask features a dual-bayonet twist-lock interface. Cartridges lock securely into place with a quarter-turn rotation, providing a sealed fit with compatible bayonet filters.

Q: When should chemical cartridges be replaced?

A: Replace cartridges immediately when contaminant odor or taste is noticed inside the mask, or according to an established facility safety replacement schedule based on gas exposure levels.

Q: Can custom colors and private logo branding be added to the facepiece?

A: Yes. Custom colors matching specified Pantone codes are available for silicone parts. Company logos can be molded or laser-etched directly onto the front frame or head cradle.

Q: Are test reports available with sample orders?

A: Production samples are supplied alongside technical data sheets, resistance test parameters, and filtration efficiency records for incoming quality evaluations.

Q: Are the facepiece materials safe for direct skin contact?

A: Facepieces are produced using hypoallergenic, latex-free silicone materials tested to ensure no skin irritation occurs during continuous wear.
