Product Overview & OEM/ODM Capabilities

The ZKBESTA® A1 Organic Vapor Gas Cartridge (Product Code: 701) is a replacement filter engineered for reusable half face and full face respirators in industrial settings. Designed to meet GB2626-2019 standards, this cartridge utilizes a Type A1 classification to protect against organic vapors with boiling points exceeding 65°C. The swept-back housing geometry prevents snagging on personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety helmets and welding shields, ensuring compatibility with headgear in confined spaces. As a direct manufacturer, ZKBESTA offers OEM support including custom color molding (Pantone 485C, etc.), branded blister packaging, and multilingual warning labels compliant with local safety regulations (GHS, CLP).

Quality Control & Certification Compliance

ZKBESTA maintains a closed-loop production system for filter media processing to prevent cross-contamination.

Each batch of activated carbon undergoes iodine number testing (≥900 mg/g) and moisture content verification (<5%) prior to cartridge assembly. Finished goods are subjected to AQL 2.5 visual inspection and flow rate resistance testing (-30°C to +70°C thermal conditioning).

The facility holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, and technical files for GB compliance are available upon request for procurement audits. Traceability is ensured via batch coding on each individual cartridge.

Industrial Application & Hazard Matching

This A1 cartridge is deployed in environments requiring defense against volatile organic compounds (VOCs) with high boiling points. In automotive refinishing and general painting, it filters toluene, xylene, and paint thinners. For chemical manufacturing and pharmaceutical processing, the activated carbon media adsorbs solvent vapors from reactors and filling lines. The dual-cartridge system is standard on ZKBESTA 8500/8100 half masks, providing balanced airflow for workers in aluminum reduction and pulp/paper mills. When paired with P100 pre-filters, it creates a multi-hazard solution for particulate and vapor co-exposure.

FAQ

1.Is this organic vapor cartridge compatible with 3M 6000 series facepieces?
No. This cartridge features a ZKBESTA-specific bayonet mount designed for 8000/6800 series facepieces. It is not mechanically compatible with 3M 6000 series or other bayonet standards. Interchangeability testing per EN 148-1 confirms secure engagement only with ZKBESTA housings.

2.What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for wholesale distribution?
The standard wholesale MOQ is 90pairs (2 case). For OEM private labeling requiring custom carton printing, the MOQ is 1,000 pairs. We provide digital proofs and physical samples within 5 working days of order confirmation.

3.How does humidity affect the service life of the activated carbon media?
High humidity (>80% RH) reduces the adsorption capacity of activated carbon by 15-20% due to water vapor competition. In humid environments, replace cartridges every 20-25 hours instead of the standard 40-hour interval. Store unused cartridges in sealed polybags with desiccant.
